Vacation Pay

Ascendo Consulting provides bonus pay to consultants after 1,200 hours worked. To be eligible, consultants cannot have a break in service longer than 25 consecutive weeks. The vacation pay will be paid at the current base rate of pay.

Holiday Pay

Ascendo Consulting provides holiday pay to consultants who have worked and been paid a minimum of 1,000 billable hours within the preceding 52-week period. To be eligible, you must be on a project and work 24 hours the week of the holiday and the week following the holiday. Eligible consultants will receive 8 hours of holiday pay at the current base rate of pay. Ascendo offers holiday pay for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Overtime Pay

Ascendo Consultants receive time and a half pay for every hour worked beyond 40 hours in a given week.
